The obligations of Consultant described in any Agreement consist solely of the furnishing of information and advice /fax header/ to the Client in the form of services. In no event shall Consultant be required to represent or make management decisions for the Client. All final decisions with respect to acts and omissions of the Client or any affiliates and subsidiaries, shall be those of the Client or such affiliates and subsidiaries, and Consultant shall under no circumstances be liable for any expense incurred or loss suffered by the Client as a consequence of such acts or omissions.

You hereby fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify and release RFF Consulting LLC and any of its agents, consultants, affiliates, joint venture partners, employees, shareholders, directors, staff, team members, or anyone otherwise affiliated with the firm from any and all causes of action, allegations, suits, and claims.

​Consistent with the above, ALL INFORMATION IN THIS WEBSITE OR IN ANY CONSULTANT ARRANGEMENT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND, the Company DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Furthermore, RFF Consulting LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
